1. Terms Acceptance
These are the terms for using PlusProgress (the “Service”) — we've kept them as plain as we can. By registering an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Service.
PlusProgress is operated by PLUSPROGRESS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 17314158).
2. User & Student Conduct
PlusProgress is an educational practice tool for Year 3 to Year 6 pupils preparing for the 11+. A few things we ask:
- Accounts are registered by parents/guardians, who remain responsible for child profile setup and billing.
- You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute, or reuse the exam questions, explanations, or diagrams for any commercial purposes or competitor services.
- You agree not to attempt to manipulate the adaptive ELO engine using bots, scripts, or automated guess checkers. Doing so may result in immediate suspension.
3. Trial, Subscription & Billing
We offer a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans:
- Trial period: Access to billing-locked practice screens requires a valid credit/debit card on signup. You can cancel at any time within the first 7 days to avoid any charges. We will email a reminder 2 days before the trial converts.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed on an annual or monthly basis in advance. Prices are inclusive of all standard VAT rates.
- Cancellations & Upgrades: Upgrades (Basic to Premium, or monthly to annual) are applied instantly. Downgrades or cancellations are applied at the end of your current active billing cycle. Cancellations can be handled easily through the self-service billing portal.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
While PlusProgress is built to closely align with GL Assessment, CEM, and ISEB 11+ framework metrics, we make no guarantees regarding examination outcomes, pass rates, or specific school admissions. The service is provided “as is”.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
